Where to empty the chemical toilet/wastewater disposal

Hi

I'm interested to empty the Thetford chemical toilet and/or fixed wastewater tank while traveling Estonia. Is there (on this forum maybe) any list of availlable dedicated places? Or can i just empty them at service stations?

Official camping sites have chem waste disposal points and lorry parking areas along the bigger motorways have dry toilets (plastic ones). There are usually dry toilets in other public parking areas, recreation sites etc too. Sevice (gas) stations can have objections, haven't tried but seems possible. You can get fresh water easily there (windshield wash cabinet).
