Tere,
Kuigi jah, suured matkakad ju reisibussi mõõtu
Poolast saab kleebiseid 9zlotti tk ehk 2,04eur.
Võimalik trahv märgistuse puudumisel on kuni 135€
Lisan ka enda tööandja arvamuse antud teemal:
"Due to the newly imposed demand for the "Angle Morts" warning signs in France, please find below brief statement the current state of knowledge:The warning signs "Angle Morts" on vehicles is expected to become mandatory within the 1st quarter of 2021 (the exact date has not yet been defined) and should be done in 3 sides trailers, one on both sides and one on the rear of the vehicle in France. The new French regulation represents a national technical requirement, which according to the Vienna Convention may
not apply to vehicles registered in foreign countries. KRONE and Schmitz’s French homologation service provider has also confirmed that the draft regulations currently define this as a national requirement.Since the decree has been issued but the regulation has not yet been published, we are currently unable to make any legally binding statement in this regard. It is at least certain that all vehicles registered in France will have to be equipped with the signs from next year. In Germany the VDA association (Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V.) has also advised their members to apply same position and strategy for now.Even if, in our opinion, the regulation is a national requirement, we cannot exclude the possibility that "foreign" vehicles may be subject to controls and warnings / fines if these vehicles are not appropriately equipped with the signs and are running in France. However, in this case, we recommend making an appeal via the hauliers local unions, based on current knowledge. This new French decree has been objected to the EU commission, since it is a technical barrier for international trade. Furthermore, the General Safety Regulation 2019/2144 is being revised and should become applicable from 2022 onwards. Therefore, it does not seem sensible to impose these new rules as the French administration has."
